Encouraging vulnerable voices.
Equipping the church to do the same.

At Voice for the Vulnerable Ministries, our mission is simple: to bring hope, healing, and the Gospel of Jesus to those who feel unseen, overlooked, or forgotten. Each ministry is designed to meet people where they are—offering encouragement, practical support, and a reminder that every life and every story matters.
Local Gatherings
Our local gatherings are at the heart of Voice for the Vulnerable Ministries. These monthly in-person events - Mighty Moms, Single Ladies Tribe, and The Esther Society - are designed to create safe spaces where women and girls can be encouraged, refreshed, and reminded of their value in Christ. Whether it’s a mother seeking encouragement in her calling, a single woman longing for connection, or a young girl learning her worth as a daughter of the King, these gatherings build community, offer biblical truth, and provide practical support to those who often feel unseen.

Motherhood is one of the highest callings, yet it often feels lonely and unappreciated. Mighty Moms is a monthly gathering that encourages and refreshes mothers with children at home. Over a shared meal, meaningful conversation, and prayer, moms are reminded that their daily work is sacred and seen by God.

Life as a single woman—whether never married, divorced, or widowed—can bring unique challenges. Single Ladies Tribe is a monthly gathering that offers connection, laughter, and encouragement in a safe and uplifting community. Here, women find friendship, prayer, and reminders of God’s plan and love.

This mentorship group for 4th–6th grade girls helps them see their value as daughters of the King. At The Esther Society, we teach girls to live with courage and grace in a world full of pressures. Through creative activities, mentorship, and biblical truth, these girls grow in confidence and faith.
National & International
Voice for the Vulnerable Ministries reaches far beyond our local community to bring hope, healing, and the Gospel of Jesus to people across the nation and around the world. Through national platforms like our counseling ministry, podcast, and speaking events, as well as our international work in Nepal, we are committed to meeting people where they are—offering encouragement, biblical truth, and the message that every life matters and every story is loved by God.

Hosted by Alicia Reagan, the Beyond Brokenness Podcast is a place of biblical teaching and encouragement. Each episode speaks directly to life’s challenges, offering hope and practical wisdom grounded in Scripture. Whether you are navigating hardship or want to deepen your faith, this podcast invites you to see how Jesus restores and renews every heart.

We offer one-on-one biblical counseling built on three pillars: Experiential Wisdom, drawing from our own journey through suffering to offer genuine empathy; Therapeutic Wisdom, recognizing how life’s challenges affect the whole person—emotionally, mentally, and physically; and Theological Wisdom, where true transformation is found as God’s Word and power bring healing and hope that only He can provide.

In partnership with Raj Ale, our Gospel Voice in Nepal, we share the love of Jesus with disabled individuals who are often forgotten. Through fellowships in Japorti, Kathmandu, and our vision project in Banapi, lives are being transformed by the Gospel. Your prayers and support help provide Bibles, medical supplies, and hope to some of the most overlooked people in the world.
